Choosing TV Units
TV units for the living room
A TV unit holds the screen, hides the cables and stores the receiver, consoles and remotes that gather around it. Many designs in this collection share a series name and finish with matching pieces, and several come in brown, white or beige. Each design shows the price of its standard size; any size can be made to measure and is quoted separately.
Screen size, cables and wall fixing
Measure your screen's width and the width of its stand: the unit should be wider than the screen, so it looks balanced and the stand sits safely. Decide whether the TV will stand on the unit or hang on the wall above it, and plan the height so the middle of the screen is near eye level from the sofa. Note where the sockets and the satellite or internet cables come in; the cable opening, its position and ventilation behind the devices are agreed in your quotation or contract. Fix the unit, and a standing TV, to the wall; our guide to preventing furniture tip-overs explains why.
Materials and finish
Bodies and plain doors are made from natural wood, with natural wood veneers such as oak or walnut. Doors with grooves or decorative detailing are made from MDF so the lacquer finish stays smooth. Everything is finished in lacquer. Dust with a soft dry cloth and keep the unit away from direct sun and air-conditioning outlets; see protecting wooden furniture from humidity.
From quotation to installation
Ordering takes three steps: send your dimensions (or pick one of the set sizes) with the product link and your location by WhatsApp, phone or email; the team sends a quotation; then a site measurement visit (EGP 2,000) confirms the final measurements before production. As a typical guide, individual pieces take about 25 days, storage units about 30 days and a complete room about 45 days; your quotation confirms the schedule.
Delivery is available anywhere in Egypt. Within Cairo and Giza it usually costs EGP 1,500 and includes installation; elsewhere, delivery is quoted per order and installation is not available. The furniture comes with a 5-year warranty.
Measure before you order
- Share the screen dimensions and whether it is wall-mounted or stands on the unit.
- Plan space for equipment, ventilation, cables and accessible sockets.
- Confirm storage access, overall dimensions and any wall-fixing requirements.
Questions buyers ask
What size TV unit do I need?
Wider than your screen and its stand. Measure both, and the wall, before you choose.
Can the unit hide the cables?
Yes. The cable opening and its position are agreed in your quotation or contract, together with space for the receiver and other devices.
Should the TV stand on the unit or hang on the wall?
Either works. A standing TV should be secured, and a wall-mounted TV needs a suitable wall and fixing; plan the screen height for viewing from the sofa.
Can a TV unit be made to my size?
Yes. Any size can be made to measure, and custom sizes are quoted separately.
Share your measurements and preferred design with the team. Confirm materials, included items, price and delivery in your quotation before proceeding.
