Refunds and returns

Return policy:

• Unopened items can be refunded within 14 days from the day of purchase. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, kindly email us to process your refund procedure in order to refund the price you paid for the goods and credit the refund amount to the account that you used for the payment
• Delivery and assembly costs will not be refunded in case you requested to return goods already delivered to your home. Based on our evaluation of the case we will refund the goods value
• At any time, Khashab reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, and we may ask for picture identification.
