Natural wood & real veneer

Real oak and walnut veneer. Grain that grew in a tree.

Khashab bodies and plain doors are built in natural wood with genuine oak or walnut veneer; grooved or decorative doors are MDF so the lacquer stays smooth. Every piece is finished in lacquer: a considered investment, made to be kept for years.

Choosing Wall Racks

Wall racks and shelves

Wall racks put books, plants and decorative pieces on display without using floor space. The collection includes straight shelves, L-shaped and corner shelves, and geometric designs that work as a feature wall in a living room, bedroom or hallway. Each design shows the price of its standard size; any size can be made to measure and is quoted separately.

Plan the wall and the fixing

Measure the wall and mark sockets, switches, pipes and anything that sits below the shelves. Decide what each shelf will carry: books are far heavier than ornaments, so shelf depth, spacing and fixing must suit the load. Tell the team what your wall is made of (concrete, brick or gypsum board), because the right fixing depends on it; our guide to preventing furniture tip-overs covers fixings for Egyptian walls.

Materials and finish

Bodies and plain doors are made from natural wood, with natural wood veneers such as oak or walnut. Doors with grooves or decorative detailing are made from MDF so the lacquer finish stays smooth. Everything is finished in lacquer. Dust shelves with a soft dry cloth, and keep them away from damp walls and kitchen steam; see protecting wooden furniture from humidity.

From quotation to installation

Ordering takes three steps: send your dimensions (or pick one of the set sizes) with the product link and your location by WhatsApp, phone or email; the team sends a quotation; then a site measurement visit (EGP 2,000) confirms the final measurements before production. As a typical guide, individual pieces take about 25 days, storage units about 30 days and a complete room about 45 days; your quotation confirms the schedule.

Delivery is available anywhere in Egypt. Within Cairo and Giza it usually costs EGP 1,500 and includes installation; elsewhere, delivery is quoted per order and installation is not available. The furniture comes with a 5-year warranty.

Measure before you order

  • Measure the wall and note sockets, switches and other nearby fittings.
  • Confirm shelf depth, spacing and intended contents with the team.
  • Discuss the wall construction, suitable fixings and installation requirements.

Questions buyers ask

Will the shelves hold books?

It depends on the design, the shelf depth and the wall. Tell the team what you plan to put on each shelf and what the wall is made of, and confirm it in your quotation.

Do you install wall racks?

Can a wall rack be made to my size?

Yes. Any size can be made to measure, and custom sizes are quoted separately.

Share your measurements and preferred design with the team. Confirm materials, included items, price and delivery in your quotation before proceeding.
