Getting there

Grey Square Mall is in El Motamayez District of 6th of October City. From elsewhere in 6th of October, head for El Motamayez District and follow the Google Maps pin to the mall; the showroom is on the third floor. From Sheikh Zayed, drive into 6th of October towards El Motamayez District and use the same pin. If you are coming from Cairo or another part of Giza, the pin is the most reliable guide, and the team can resend the location on WhatsApp when you book.

What happens at a visit

  1. Bring your measurements. Room width, length and ceiling height, the positions of doors, windows, sockets and air-conditioning units, and photos of the room. A rough sketch is enough.
  2. See the materials. You can look at and touch the natural oak and walnut veneers and the lacquer finish, and see how plain natural-wood doors differ from grooved MDF doors. Our materials and construction page explains what each part is made of.
  3. Talk through the design. We go through sizes, storage, colours and finishes. Any size can be made to measure; for wardrobes you can also sketch the interior in the cabinet designer before or after your visit.
  4. Get a quotation. Once the dimensions and design are clear, the team sends a written quotation.

From quotation to delivery

When you accept the quotation, a site measurement visit (EGP 2,000) confirms the final measurements in your home before production starts. Everything is made to order. Production typically takes about 25 days for individual pieces, about 30 days for storage units and about 45 days for a complete room; the team confirms the exact schedule for your order.

Delivery is available anywhere in Egypt. Within Cairo and Giza it usually costs EGP 1,500 and includes installation; elsewhere in Egypt, delivery is quoted separately and installation isn't available. The furniture comes with a 5-year warranty.

Can't visit?

No. The showroom visit is for seeing materials and discussing your design. The site measurement visit (EGP 2,000) happens at your home after you accept a quotation, to confirm the final measurements before production.
